This page is maintained by ZergHub. It describes what we collect, why, and how to reach us. ZergHub is currently operating as a non-profit in formation; this notice will be updated once the association is formally registered.
What we collect
When you use the register form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, a short description of what you do, and an optional note about why you're interested. We collect nothing else automatically on this site beyond standard hosting request logs.
Why we collect it
To review your registration and, if there's a fit, contact you about membership, mentoring or collaborations. That's the only purpose. We do not use these details for marketing lists, and we do not share them with third parties.
Where it's stored
Registration entries are stored in a managed database provided by our hosting platform. Access is limited to ZergHub hosts.
How long we keep it
We keep registration entries for as long as the interest is active. You can ask us to delete your entry at any time; see "Your rights" below.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your details, or to stop contacting you, by emailing privacy@zerghub.com. Once ZergHub is formally registered as a Finnish Yhdistys we will publish the full GDPR-required data-controller details here.
